Purpose:

This report sets out the background to, and results of, consultation undertaken between 7 February and 7 March.  It recommends that the Local Authority publishes statutory proposals to close the school from 31 August 2011.

 

Reasons for the decision:

The decline in pupil numbers at the school means that it is not possible to maintain the provision of high quality education at the school.
