Decision:
Following consultationwithofficers andconsiderationofany representations made,I confirm that Ihave resolvedto :
(i) In accordance with paragraph29(i)of thereport, enforce the notice served under Section 143 ofthe HighwaysAct 1980on 28July 2011*.

(i)Enforcethe noticeserved undersection 143of theHighways Act1980 on28
