Public participation - Ms Caroline Bingham spoke in support of the proposal.

 

The Rights of Way Officer presented the paper which requested the committee to consider and comment on objections received to the making of a new Bridleway and record part of an existing footpath as Bridleway and to recommend that an Order be submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

 

Resolved:

 

That the Wiltshire County Council Sheet SU 13 SERights of Way Modification Order No. 14, 2009 to upgrade part of footway 18 at Winterbourne to status of bridleway and to add a new bridleway, No. 30 at Winterbourne to the Definitive Map and Statement for the Amesbury Rural District Council area 1952 be submitted to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, together with the objection letters and representations with the recommendation that the Order be confirmed as made
