Apologies and Membership Changes
Council at its meeting on 18 May 2010 agreed the membership of this Committee as shown on the front of this agenda. The changes to the previous membership are that Cllr Milton replaces Cllr Cochrane. Cllr Groom replaces Cllr Milton and Cllr Moorland replaces Cllr Newbury as substitutes.
