Wiltshire Council Financial Plan Update 2019/20

Report by the Corporate Directors: Dr Carlton Brand, Alistair Cunningham and Terence Herbert; the Monitoring Officer, Ian Gibbons and S151 Officer, Becky Hellard.


The report also includes the proposed Fees and Charges and details of assumptions used to set the Budget and General Reserves Assessment.


These documents will be considered by the Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee on 31 January 2019 and Cabinet on 5 February 2019 for recommendation to Council on 26 February 2019.
