1.	Apologies To receive any apologies for the meeting. Minutes: There were none.
2.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman for the forthcoming year. Supporting documents: ExtractfromPart3oftheConstitution , item 2. PDF 7 KB Minutes: The Democratic Services Officer called for nominations for Chairman. Cllr Richard Clewer nominated Cllr Britton. This was seconded by Cllr Oliver. As there were no other nominations: Decision Councillor Richard Britton was elected as Chairman of the Southern Wiltshire Area Board for 2021/22.
3.	Election of a Vice-Chairman To elect a Vice-Chairman for the forthcoming year. Minutes: Cllr Richard Britton in the Chair The Chairman, Cllr Britton then nominated Cllr Andrew Oliver as Vice-Chairman for 2021/22. This was seconded by Cllr Richard Clewer. As there were no other nominations: Decision Cllr Oliver was elected as Vice-Chairman of Southern Wiltshire Area Board for 2021/22.
