Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman for the 2010/11 municipal year. Minutes: It was noted that Councillor Jerry Kunkler and Councillor Stuart Wheeler were present as substitute voting members at this meeting.
The Chairman of the Council sought nominations for the position of Chairman of the Tidworth Area Board for the 2010/11 municipal year.
Decision Councillor Christopher Williams was elected Chairman of the Tidworth Area Board for the 2010/11 municipal year.

Election of Vice-Chairman To elect a Vice-Chairman for the 2010/11 municipal year. Minutes: The Chairman sought nominations for the position of Vice-Chairman of the Tidworth Area Board for the 2010/11 municipal year.
It was noted that, despite not being present, Councillor Mark Connolly had given written permission to be nominated as Vice-Chairman.
Decision Councillor Mark Connolly was elected Vice-Chairman of the Tidworth Area Board for the 2010/11 municipal year.
