1.	Apologies To receive any apologies for absence. Minutes: There were no apologies for absence.
2.	Election of the Chairman To appoint a Chairman for 2017/18. Supporting documents: Extract from Part 3 of the Constitution- Guidance on election of Chairman , item 2. PDF 6 KB Minutes: Nominations were sought for the position of Chairman for the forthcoming year. It was moved and seconded that Cllr Jerry Kunkler be elected as Chairman. There being no other nominations, it was Resolved: To elect Cllr Jerry Kunkler as Chairman for 2017-18.
3.	Election of the Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice Chairman for 2017/18. Minutes: Nominations were sought for the position of Vice Chairman for the forthcoming year. It was moved and seconded that Cllr Paul Oatway be elected as Vice Chairman. There being no other nominations, it was Resolved: To elect Cllr Paul Oatway QPM as Vice Chairman for 2017-18.
