·         To approve and sign as a correct record the Minutes of the CATG held on 18 February 2019

 

·         To welcome the road surfacing work and repairs carried out in 2018/19 and note the improvement in the overall condition of Wiltshire’s roads in recent years, but acknowledge that further investment is still required.

 

·         To approve the highway maintenance scheme list for 2019/20 prepared for the Area Board.

 

·         To note the new provisional five year programme, which will reviewed annually to ensure best value for money and whole life costing for the highways asset

Note: That this application would be funded with £6,000 as the first tranche of funding, with a second tranche during May 2019.

21.

Introduction to Ros Griffiths, Community Engagement Manager

Minutes:

The Chairman advised that this would be the last Bradford on Avon Area Board for Peter Dunford as the Community Engagement Manager. Peter was moving on to be the new Melksham Community Engagement Manager with Ros Griffiths coming to Bradford on Avon.

 

The Area Board members thanked Peter Dunford for his hard work in the Bradford community area over the last seven years.
