From 7pm, representatives from over 20 services and community groups will be available to talk about their experiences of supporting the community.

To approve and sign as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 8 November 2017.

To receive any declarations of disclosable interests or dispensations granted by the Standards Committee.

The Chairman will provide information about:

a)    Supporting those with SEND into employment

b)    Public Space Protection Orders

c)    Work Wiltshire

d)    Clean Up Wilts

e)    Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner- Precept Consultation

The Chairman of the LYN will give an update including plans for a Youth focused event at the March meeting of the Area Board.

An update will be provided by Ollie Phipps, Community Engagement Manager (CEM) for the Malmesbury community area.

A member of the Wiltshre Fostering Team will be in attendance to let people know more about the service and to encourage people to consider the role.

To update Area Boards on local priorities and achievements following the JSA events in 2017.

Councillors will be asked to consider the Community Area Grants report, and the Councillor Led Initiatives report, to make recommendations on the applications received:

1.    Hankerton Parish Council - Amenity Area - £5,000

2.    Art Lift – Abbey Group - £500

3.    Safe Walking to School Lights – Councillor Led Initiative - £2,000

The Area Board will be asked to consider the recommendations from the September and December meetings of the Malmesbury Community Area Transport Group (CATG) meeting outlined in the report.

Any other items of business which the Chairman agrees to consider as a matter of urgency.

The next meeting of the Malmesbury Area Board will be held on Wednesday, 14 March in the Town Hall, Cross Hayes, Malmesbury SN16 9BZ, 7.00 pm.
