Issue - decisions

I approvethat an application to the Secretary of State for Environment Food and Rural Affairs, to confirm the land drainage byelaws, be made by the Council. The byelaws if confirmed will come into operation one month after they are confirmed by the Secretary of State.

                This decision was published on 29 July 2014 and will come into force on 6 August 2014.
