23/08/2019 - DL-3-19: Report on proposed adoption of Guidance on the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (RIPA) and the use of Social Networking Sites/Social Media and Protocol for Covert Internet Profile Use - Principles (with annex)

I approve the adoption of the new guidance, protocol and annex for investigative use of the internet and social media and to comply with the recommendation of the IPCO inspection.

 

This decision was made on 10 September 2019 and will come into foce on 18 September 2019.
