Allocation of Community Infrastructure Levy Funding to Manage Phosphates in the River Avon Special Area of Conservation
The council has a strategic mitigation solution for Phosphorus arising from development in the Hampshire Avon catchment SAC. Further funding of £850,000 from CIL is requested to enable permissions already granted to remain phosphorus neutral for the minimum 80 years required by habitat regulations.
