- Purton Parish Council through the statutory TRO process.
- Members of the Royal Wootton Bassett and Cricklade Local Highways and footway Improvement Group (LHFIG)
- Emergency Services through the statutory TRO process
- Members of the public through the statutory TRO process.
The proposed traffic regulation order (TRO) was subject to formal consultation between 1st August and the 26th of August 2024. During the consultation period a total of forty-one (41) items of correspondence were received in response to the proposal, of these thirty-eight (38) were objections with three (3) in support.
The proposal has been developed following representation from Purton Parish Council and prioritisation by the Royal Wootton Bassett & Cricklade Local Highways & Footway Improvement Group (LHFIG) and endorsement by Royal Wootton Bassett & Cricklade Area Board.
