Minor amendment to the Homes4Wiltshire allocation policy in advance of completing a full review
To introduce an additional reasonable preference criteria for working age households residing in Wiltshire, who are social housing tenants and under-occupying by 2 bedroom or more and identified as most at risk of suffering financial hardship if they continue to remain in their current property following the amendments made in the welfare reform act
