UPDATED 09/01/13 (Additional Item to be held in Private): Salisbury Central Car Park and Maltings

 

 

To update Cabinet on the progress towards delivery of the regeneration of  Central Car Park and Maltings site in Salisbury and finalising terms for a development agreement between the Council and Stanhope plc.  To seek approval from Cabinet to enter into an agreement with Stanhope plc based upon commercial terms and in accordance with the Bid Evaluation criteria to be reported to the Cabinet in private session.
