MelkshamWithout Parish Council was consulted as part of the advertisement process for the proposals and the recommendations have been discussed with the Wiltshire Councillor, Roy While.
As a result of the public advertisement, 13 letters of representation were received. There were 7 comments of support and 6 of objection. These are listed in Appendix 1, together with a summary of their comments and officer comments on the points raised.
