The paper will provide cabinet with an update on the strategy for Mansion House in light of Local Growth Funding and the opportunity for the site’s use in developing the economy in the Corsham area, and seek approval for the retention of the property and the proposed use in line with the Strategic Economic Plan and Growth Deal.
