Housing Repairs Contract Extensions (Part II Report)

The four main contracts for providing repairs and maintenance services for council housing stock are all due to end in March 2018. Services are currently under review. In order to ensure there is sufficient time to complete the review current contracts will need to be extended to ensure a service continues to be in place beyond March 2018.
