When the November 2018 to February 2019 Cabinet Forward Plan was published on 29 October, due to a system error, it did not state that this item was part exempt (although it had previously advertised as such on the October 2018 to January 2019 workplan). Accordingly this was explained to the Chair of Overview & Scrutiny and he has given his agreement that this report can be considered at the meeting on 27 November as a part exempt item.
