Consultation process
As part of the town centre parking review the relevant town and parish councils were consulted prior to the advertisement process. The review resulted in seven locations in Westbury being put forward to advertisement. These locations were: The Tynings, Willoughby Close, Primmers Place, Phoenix Rise, The Butts, Arundell Close and Bitham Mill.
During the advertisement period a total of 50 letters of representation have been received in response to the proposals contained within the advertised TRO. Of those 50 letters received, 12 supported the scheme, 36 objected and 2 commented on the proposal.
