Consultation process

Following consultation with officers I give notice that I intend to determine that the revised membership and terms of reference for the Wiltshire Schools Forum be adopted with immediate effect, as set out in the attached report and appendices, noting the requirement for Schools and Academies to have broadly representative representation according to pupil numbers in each category, requiring at least one schools member to be a representative of a secondary school where a local authority has at least one maintained secondary school and noting the need for the Forum to hold public meetings.
